Follow below steps to show column grand total:

1. Select exact variable (grand total column variable)
2. Go to variable properties
3. Set property Nothing to Sum

Select exact variable (grand total column variable)

Go to variable properties and Set property Nothing to Sum

Now column wise grand total add correctly in crosstab report.
